Class duration is organized so the students can arrive, begin class at any time within the timetable and complete their finishing postures. New students should allow for 45 minutes to one hour for their first few classes. As the student gains a more thorough understanding of his/her practice, more time is needed.
The Ashtanga method is traditionally practiced six days a week. Students are asked to rest on Saturdays and on New and Full Moon days.
Tuition is paid for on a monthly basis beginning from the day you sign up for either a half month or full month pass. Drop-ins are welcome but out of fairness to the teacher-student relationship, continuous practice is beneficial to progress and to a full understanding of the Ashtanga method.
